ABOUT ME

Clalla takes joy in creating a safe space where participants can freely experiment, explore and grow.

She spent over 15 years in the creative field directing brands for campaigns, films and events until her back gave up. She turned to yoga to manage her lower back pain and discovered that creative modalities can be used to promote healing.

After her 200hr Teacher Training in Rishikesh, she wanted to delve deeper into the study of yoga and continued her advanced training 50hr at Somachi Association Melbourne. She has taught at a number of studios in Melbourne (Motus Life, Prana House, Sasana) and offers regular weekly yoga classes at Moss Studios.

She also acquired the Diploma of Art Psychotherapy to experiment with her creativity and practices at Turning Point (Eastern Health) and Living and Learning @ Ajani. She works with a specific groups, such as carers and clients with trauma and addiction in hospital settings.
